This policy explains what Scope Verified trust signals mean, how evidence is evaluated, how freshness is handled, and how corrections affect listings. Verification is capability-specific and is not an endorsement of an entire company.

Profile information is sourced from public or submitted information and has not been independently verified by Scope Verified.

Company Confirmed

An authorized company representative has confirmed core company information or a capability claim.

Verified Scope

Scope Verified has reviewed evidence supporting a specific capability. Verification applies to that scope, not to the company as a whole.

Evidence that may support a Verified Scope

✓ Link to a case study or project page published on the company’s branded public website

✓ Public company website page with specific capability or project evidence

✓ Public professional registration, certification, or manufacturer authorization that supports the claimed capability

✓ Other publicly accessible, independently reviewable evidence that does not require confidential, proprietary, client-restricted, or NDA-protected information

Evidence is evaluated for relevance, specificity, currency and reliability. Submission alone does not guarantee verification.
